Epithalon (Epitalon) is a synthetic tetrapeptide (Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly) derived from Epithalamin, a natural extract of the pineal gland. It has been studied for over three decades, primarily in the context of aging biology and telomere research.
MECHANISM OF ACTION
Epithalon is believed to stimulate telomerase activity, the enzyme responsible for maintaining and elongating telomeres.
