Do I need a minimum number of followers?
No. There is no follower minimum and no waiting list. We work with creators of every size — what matters is that you speak genuinely about the product, not how big your audience is.
How does the commission actually work?
You earn 40% on a referred customer’s first order, then 10% on every order that customer places afterward, for the lifetime of their account. There is no cap on how many people you can refer.
How and when do I get paid?
Payouts are processed every two weeks by Interac e-Transfer or PayPal — your choice. The minimum payout threshold is $50, and only delivered orders count toward your balance.
How long does referral tracking last?
The tracking window is 30 days. If someone clicks your link or uses your code and orders within that period, the referral is credited to you.
Can I use my own code on my own orders?
No. Partner codes are for referring new customers, not for personal discounts. Self-referrals are not eligible for commission.
Which products are eligible?
Every product in our catalog is eligible for referral commission.
Do I have to disclose that I’m an affiliate?
Yes. You must clearly disclose your partnership on any content promoting TrueLabs — for example with #ad or a plain statement that you earn a commission. This is required by law in Canada and the U.S., and it protects both of us.
