Due to the nature of our research compounds, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and processed.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at support@truelabs.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photo evidence. If approved, we will send a replacement.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact us within 7 days. We will investigate with the carrier. TrueLabs is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.
Research compounds cannot be returned once the vacuum seal has been broken. This policy exists to maintain research integrity and product safety for all customers.
