Thymosin Beta-4 fragment for tissue repair research. ≥99% purity · Lyophilized · 10 MG. For research use only.
TrueLabs TB-500 is a research-grade synthetic peptide modelled on the actin-binding region of thymosin beta-4, supplied as lyophilized powder in 2 mg, 5 mg and 10 mg vials. Every order ships from inside Canada with tracking, so there is no customs hold or brokerage fee, and most orders arrive in 2–4 business days. Each lot is tested by an independent third-party laboratory.

TB-500 is a short synthetic fragment built around the active region of thymosin beta-4 (Tβ4), a protein present in almost every human cell. Tβ4 binds actin, the protein that forms the internal skeleton of a cell, and controls how quickly cells can change shape and move. That makes it a reference compound for studying cell migration, which is the rate-limiting step in many tissue-repair models.
Important: TB-500 and full-length thymosin beta-4 are not the same molecule. Most peer-reviewed literature studied full-length Tβ4; a mass spectrometry COA confirms which sequence you hold.
Malinda et al. (1999, J Invest Dermatol) reported faster re-epithelialization, wound contraction and new vessel formation with Tβ4 in a rat wound model.
Bock-Marquette et al. (2004, Nature) linked Tβ4 to integrin-linked kinase activation and cardiomyocyte migration and survival after induced injury in mice; Smart et al. (2007, Nature) linked it to epicardial progenitor mobilization.
Goldstein et al. (2005, Trends Mol Med) reviewed how an actin-sequestering protein became a tissue-repair research target; other work reports reduced inflammatory signalling in injury models.
Honest caveat: the findings above come from published laboratory and preclinical research, or from clinical studies of the compound class. They describe what has been studied, not what this product will do.

TB-500 is not a controlled substance in Canada and is not approved by Health Canada. It is sold as a research chemical for laboratory use only.
No. Thymosin beta-4 is the full 43-amino-acid protein; TB-500 is a shorter synthetic fragment built around its actin-binding region.
The 10 mg vial, at $7.00 per mg.
TrueLabs ships TB-500 from inside Canada with tracking, usually in 2-4 business days, with a batch-specific third-party COA and no customs.
