BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid gastric peptide fragment studied mainly for blood-vessel formation (VEGFR2) and nitric oxide signalling. TB-500 is a fragment of thymosin beta-4 studied for actin regulation and cell migration. Their mechanisms barely overlap: one is associated with blood supply to injured tissue, the other with cells moving into it. That complementarity is why so many research designs study them together, and why the combination earned the nickname “Wolverine.”
A pre-mixed vial simplifies handling. If a protocol needs a different ratio, buy the two compounds separately.
Tendon and ligament models (Chang 2011; Krivic 2006; Cerovecki 2010), angiogenesis via VEGFR2 (Hsieh 2017) and gut lesion models (Sikirić 2011).
Dermal wound models (Malinda 1999), cardiac injury models (Bock-Marquette 2004; Smart 2007) and actin-driven cell migration (Goldstein 2005).
Researchers pair them to study blood supply and cell migration in the same model. Published head-to-head data on the combination itself is limited; the rationale rests on the separate mechanisms.
Honest caveat: the findings above come from published laboratory and preclinical research, or from clinical studies of the compound class. They describe what has been studied, not what this product will do.

It is the common nickname for a BPC-157 and TB-500 combination, two peptides studied for complementary mechanisms: blood supply and cell migration.
The blend is simpler to handle. Separate vials let a protocol use a different ratio.
Neither is a controlled substance in Canada or approved by Health Canada. Both are sold as research chemicals for laboratory use only.
